Jerome Amos, Freelance Web Developer Writing his first computer program in the early 80s’using BASIC computer language, he has grown up with computers in his life since the day of the Commodore Pet computer. In the early days, his training included computer languages such as COBAL, Pascal, and FORTRAN. Now , Jerome Amos, is a flexible, well rounded, professional Freelance Web Designer/Developer with extensive experience with (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, using Adobe Creative Suite 4 Web Premium Suite (Dreamweaver CS4, Photoshop CS4, Fireworks CS4, Flash CS4 Pro, and Acrobat 9 Professional). Mr. Amos has converted more than 15 sites to (X)HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, redesigned more than 16 sites to include standards-based division, designed websites and applications such as PHP, Flash CS4, JavaScript, and ActionScript 3 and XHTML. Using Dreamweaver CS4 and the rest of the Creative Suite 4 package he has maintained more than 28 sites from paper design to complete websites. Cablevision, Molloy College, Creative Culture, and Harper Collin are just some of the top companies on a long list of clients that he has developed for, since 1995. He has also added lecturing on such topics as Web Standards and Best Practices for web authoring, CSS, Photoshop, and JavaScript for Pratt Institute and other Professional Organizations.
